// Why it matters

Five things that change from day one

A digital menu is not a fad. It is an affordable tool to reduce costs, sell more and understand what your customers want.

🖨️

End printing costs

Every price change on a printed menu means reprinting. As prices continue to rise, that can add up to hundreds of euros a year.

  • Free, instant updates
  • No reprints
  • Pays for itself in months
📸

Photos that sell

Photos are expensive to print on paper menus. Digitally, every dish can have its own photo — and photographed dishes are ordered more often.

  • A photo for every item
  • Feature promotions
  • Increase average order value
⚡

Hygiene and speed

No greasy menu passed from hand to hand. Customers browse before the server arrives, orders are placed sooner and tables can turn over more frequently.

  • A cleaner experience
  • Less waiting
  • Faster service
🌍

Multiple languages for tourists

In tourist destinations, offering a menu in English or three languages with one tap is a major advantage — without printing multiple versions.

  • Greek, English and more
  • Switch with one tap
  • Ideal for islands and coastal areas
📊

Insights you never had before

See how many people scan, when they scan and which items they view most. A paper menu tells you nothing — a digital menu shows what customers are interested in.

  • Google Analytics integration
  • Popular items
  • Peak times
📶

Wi-Fi, phone and social in one place

One scan gives customers everything: the menu, Wi-Fi password, reservation phone number and social accounts. No need to ask anyone.

  • Wi-Fi password on the table card
  • Reservations in one tap
  • More followers

// How it works

Three steps, no app

The customer sits down, opens their phone camera and scans the table card. The menu appears in seconds, with no app download, account or email required.

  • 1. Scan. Use the phone camera to scan the stand or table sticker.
  • 2. Browse. Categories, photos, prices, allergens and offers in a menu that loads instantly.
  • 3. Order. They know what they want before the server arrives — and often order more.

We design the cards in your venue’s colours, with your logo, QR code and optional Wi-Fi password, ready to print.

// For tourist destinations

One menu, as many languages as you need

In Santorini, Mykonos, Glyfada and other tourist destinations, customers who cannot understand a menu order less and ask more questions. A digital menu addresses this: guests choose a language and see the same dishes in it.

  • Automatic language suggestion based on the visitor’s phone settings.
  • One source of truth. Update a price once and it is updated across all languages.
  • Accurate descriptions, written for visitors rather than translated word for word by machine.
  • No multiple printed menus and less need for staff to explain every dish.

// CASE STUDY · GLYFADA

High Hope: 119 items, one scan

For High Hope, a specialty café in Glyfada, we built a complete digital menu with 119 items, a photo for every dish, custom 3D design elements and printed QR table cards that also include the venue’s Wi-Fi details.

Customers scan once to access everything: menu, Wi-Fi, phone and social media. Price changes take minutes, with no reprinting costs.

Not all QR menus are the same

  1. 01

    Avoid endless subscriptions

    Platforms charging €20–40 per month indefinitely can cost several times more than your own custom menu over two years — and you own nothing at the end.

  2. 02

    Demand speed

    A customer at the table will not wait. The menu should load in one or two seconds, even with a moderate signal.

  3. 03

    Check it on mobile

    All customers will view it on a phone. If a menu was designed for desktop and then squeezed down, it shows.

  4. 04

    Make sure it is yours

    The menu should live on your own domain, not be locked into a third-party account. That way you retain control and your venue’s SEO.

// Frequently asked questions

What owners ask before getting started

What is a digital QR menu?

It is your business menu in digital form. Customers scan a QR code on the table with their phone camera and immediately see the menu, including photos, categories and current prices — without downloading an app.

How much does a QR menu cost?

In the Greek market, a quality custom-designed digital menu typically costs around €200–€600 as a one-off, depending on the number of items, photos and languages. We also offer an option with no build fee and a small monthly subscription covering hosting, domain and updates.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. The menu opens in the phone’s browser within seconds. No installation, account or registration is required — one reason QR menus work in practice.

Can I update prices and dishes myself?

Yes. We provide an easy way to update prices, new dishes and availability. Or send us the changes and we will make them the same day, at no extra subscription cost.

Does it support multiple languages for tourists?

Yes. The menu can be shown in Greek, English and any other language you need, with one-tap switching. It is especially useful in destinations such as Santorini, Mykonos and the Athens Riviera.

Do I also get printed QR table cards?

Yes. We design the cards in your business colours, with your logo, QR code and optional Wi-Fi details, ready to print as a stand, sticker or laminated card.

How long does it take?

A typical digital menu is delivered in 2–5 business days after you send us your items and prices. Menus with many items or dish photography take a little longer.

Can it also support delivery or orders?

The standard menu is for browsing at the table. If needed, we can add buttons for phone orders, WhatsApp, reservations or a delivery platform.

Do I own the menu, or is it locked to a platform?

It is yours. We build it on your domain, not on a third-party platform that charges you indefinitely. If you want to move it later, you can take it with you.

Do you serve areas outside Athens?

Yes. We are based in Glyfada and work with businesses throughout Greece, from Santorini and Mykonos to Thessaloniki. The entire process is remote, by phone and email.
