Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
At Codehouse (codehouse.gr), we respect your personal data. This policy explains in plain language what we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
1. Who we are
Codehouse.gr provides website design and development services and is based in Athens, Greece. For any matter concerning your data, you can contact us at hello@codehouse.gr or at 698 680 4138.
2. What data we collect
- Information you provide to us through the questionnaire or contact form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and project preferences (business type, needs, style, etc.).
- Technical operational data: our server records standard access logs (IP address, time, page) solely for security and proper operation.
3. Why we collect it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal for working together. The legal basis for processing is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
4. Where data is stored and for how long
Form data is stored securely on our server within the EU and retained for as long as needed for our communications, up to 24 months unless a working relationship begins. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Cookies
Codehouse.gr does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only use technically necessary browser local storage (for example, to remember that you closed the offer banner during your visit). It does not require consent and does not allow us to identify you. If analytics or advertising tools are added in the future, we will provide notice and a consent mechanism first.
6. Your rights
- Access to the data we hold about you
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restriction of or objection to processing
- Data portability
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@codehouse.gr — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
7. Changes to this policy
Any future changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
